Fuji Teppanyaki Japanese Restaurant Menu

I ordered the Teriyaki Beef dish and it was AMAZING! Loved it and will go back.  There is a dine-in menu which I was unable to get a copy of,  the one listed below is the Takeaway Menu.  Prices for Dine-In is difference from Takeaway and menu maybe different for dine-in.
